PH supplements brand. A high-converting rebuild paired with their existing marketing.
WHY THE DEADLINES ARE REAL
Everything has to be live and stable before 20 November
That isn't an arbitrary cut-off. Code freeze is the week before Black Friday, because nothing should be changing on a store while the biggest traffic of the year is hitting it. Working backwards from there is what sets the booking dates — not sales pressure.
Four weeks of work, finishing around 13 November — a week clear of the freeze to test properly. Book later and it can't all land safely.
Ten days of audit and fixes. The last option once the longer build has closed.
No theme edits, no new apps, no experiments. Whatever isn't finished by this date doesn't ship for BFCM.
THE PACKAGES
Two ways in, depending on how much time you have left
Both start with the same audit. The difference is whether we hand you the fix list, or build the whole weekend for you.
BFCM Quick Wins Sprint
Best for: brands with a solid store that just needs pre-sale polish — not a rebuild.
- Full CRO audit of homepage, product pages, cart and checkout
- Top 10–15 highest-impact fixes implemented — copy, CTAs, trust signals, mobile UX
- Sale countdown banner and urgency messaging setup
- Speed and checkout friction check
- Conversion tracking verification — so your BFCM numbers are trustworthy
- Findings summary: exactly what changed and why
BFCM Conversion Booster
The process behind Eyeshine's 225% increase and Mylani's 275% jump in a single week.
Best for: brands ready to treat BFCM as a real growth event, not just a discount.
- Everything in Quick Wins, plus:
- Dedicated BFCM landing page or collection page build
- Cart and checkout optimisation — upsells, shipping thresholds, trust signals
- BFCM email flows: sale announcement, abandoned checkout, browse abandonment, post-purchase
- SMS campaign for the sale, where a consented list already exists
- Conversion tracking and event setup, so your BFCM data is clean enough to act on
- Live monitoring across the BFCM weekend
Slots are limited and allocated in booking order — earlier bookings get first pick of timeline. Final scope is confirmed after a short discovery call; the packages above reflect typical engagements.
WHAT WE BUILD
The assets that carry the weekend
Built for your brand, tested on real devices, live before the freeze.
Homepage, collection and product page placements, with urgency messaging that matches the offer.
Curated grid, tier table, objection handling, sticky mobile CTA. Built as a theme template, not an app.
Announcement, abandoned checkout, browse abandonment and post-purchase, written and built.
CLIENT RESULTS
What conversion work actually does
Not BFCM-specific engagements, but the same process: find where the store leaks, fix the highest-impact things first, verify with clean tracking.
Lash and beauty brand. Sales lift driven by conversion work, not extra ad spend.
Sales, conversion rate and average order value all moved in a single week.
It's the first week of both packages. The difference is whether we hand you the fix list or build the weekend for you.
FULL BUILD CLOSES 16 OCTOBER
HOW WE SCOPE
We'd rather tell you now than in week three
These packages work when a few things are already true. If they aren't, we'll say so on the call rather than take the booking and discover it halfway through.
HOW IT RUNS
Four weeks, from kickoff to the freeze
Full CRO pass across homepage, product pages, cart and checkout. Last year's numbers, the fix list ranked by revenue impact, offer structure agreed.
The BFCM page goes up as an unlisted URL. The highest-impact fixes ship alongside it.
Email and SMS flows built and tested end to end. Cart and checkout optimisation — upsells, shipping thresholds, trust signals.
Tracking verified against real orders. Full test pass on a real device, rollback plan in place, stable before 20 November.
Payment: 70% on booking, 30% on completion. The upfront weighting is what lets us hold the calendar — a four-week build in October can't be started on a maybe.
Four weeks of build, then the freeze on 20 November. Slots are allocated in booking order and we stop taking them when the window closes.

Questions
Which package do I actually need?
If your BFCM page and offer already exist and you just need the store to hold up, Quick Wins. If you're building the weekend from scratch — page, emails, tracking — it's the Conversion Booster. On the call we'll tell you honestly which one fits, including if the answer is neither.
Why does the Booster close so early?
It's a four-week build and the store has to be stable before code freeze on 20 November. Booking by 16 October means the build finishes around 13 November, leaving a week to test properly before the freeze. We'd rather turn work away than ship something untested into the biggest weekend of your year.
What if I miss both deadlines?
Then we don't take the booking for BFCM. Starting a rushed build in late November is how stores end up worse off than if they'd changed nothing. Talk to us about January instead, when we can use your BFCM data to brief the work properly.
Why 70% upfront?
Because we're holding a slot in a calendar that closes on a fixed date and can't be resold once it's gone. The upfront payment is what reserves the build window. If the split is a problem, tell us on the call — we can usually spread it across booking and week one.
Do you guarantee a result?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. Conversion depends on your offer, your traffic quality and your market. What we guarantee is the scope: the audit gets done, the fixes ship, the page gets built, and the tracking works so you can see what actually happened.
What happens after BFCM?
The packages finish at the code freeze on 20 November, with everything live and stable for the weekend. If you want the four days analysed afterwards, talk to us in December — we'll scope it against what your numbers actually show rather than guessing now.
The calendar closes before Black Friday does
Conversion Booster books close 16 October. Quick Wins closes 7 November. After that, the honest answer is January.
